You should be able to tell when you're reaching critical mass in your autographed puck collection when you start placing more emphasis on ancillary items whenever you prepare for an incoming team.In Montreal's case, the first time in years that I haven't carried a puck, getting goalie Jaroslav Halak to sign the Slovakian team jersey is the perfect case in point.
