Upper Deck and their subsidiaries are constantly guilty of this. Check out a bunch of rookies from post-lockout sets and you'll see it happen quite often.
Lazy photographers? Lazy photo pickers? Only one good photo of certain players? (Ain't bloody likely on the latter.) Whatever it is, it only results in Upper Deck repeatedly putting out substandard products.
Hockey has become an afterthought in the world of sports cards.
